How it works

From estimate to keys back in your hand.

Seven steps, and you're looped in along the way. Here's what actually happens to your car.

    Estimate & blueprint

    We write a complete estimate and blueprint the repair up front, then duplicate your insurer’s estimate line by line and compare. Differences get caught before the work starts, not after.

  2. 02

    Disassembly

    We take the damaged area apart to find the hidden damage photos never show: bent structure, cracked brackets, sensors that need replacing or recalibrating.

  3. 03

    Structural & frame

    On our frame machines we pull the body back to the manufacturer’s measurements. If it isn’t straight and true, nothing else matters.

  4. 04

    Body & panel

    Panels are repaired or replaced with the right parts, fit, and gaps, the way the car left the factory.

  5. 05

    Refinishing

    We paint with PPG and computer-matched color. We don’t release a car until the panel-to-panel match holds in three different lighting conditions, including direct sun.

  6. 06

    Reassembly & calibration

    Everything goes back together and the safety systems get recalibrated, so the car brakes, steers, and sees the road exactly like it did before.

  7. 07

    Quality check & delivery

    A final inspection, a wash, and a walkthrough. You drive away in a car that’s repaired right and backed by our lifetime warranty.

EV & advanced repair

A Tesla Approved Body Shop with the training and equipment to repair high-voltage vehicles to standard.

Paintless dent repair

For dings and door dents that haven’t broken the paint, often same-day and without refinishing.

Glass & finishing

Windshield and glass handled in-house as part of the repair, so it’s one shop and one timeline.
