What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you fill out our estimate or contact form, that's your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, the description of what you need, and any photos you choose to attach. If you call or email us, we have whatever you share in that conversation.

Why we collect it

We use it for one thing: to respond to you and handle your estimate or request. A team member at the shop you picked reviews it and gets back to you. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside our shops except as needed to complete your repair (for example, communicating with your insurance company on your claim, which we do on your behalf).

How it's handled

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through a reputable email service provider. We keep them only as long as we need them to serve you and run the business.

Website analytics

If we use website analytics, it is limited to aggregate, non-identifying information about how the site is used (for example, which pages are popular). It is not used to personally identify you.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to remove it, at any time. Just reach out.
