Anti-Spam
We don't send spam,
and nobody sends it for us.
What email from us looks like, what we never do, and how to tell us if someone is using our name.

We don't send unsolicited email
If you get an email from Carl's Collision Center, it's because you contacted us, brought a vehicle to one of our shops, do business with us, or asked to hear from us. We don't buy email lists, we don't rent them, and we don't send bulk mail to people who never asked for it.
Nobody is authorized to advertise this website by spam
We have no affiliate program, no referral partners who market on our behalf, and no third-party advertisers permitted to promote carlscollision.com by unsolicited email, text, or bulk posting. If you received spam that links to or mentions our website, it did not come from us and it was not sent with our permission. We want to know about it.
Where our email actually comes from
Legitimate email from our domain is sent only from our Google Workspace accounts and from the email service that delivers our website estimate requests to our team. Our domain publishes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and our DMARC policy is set to enforcement, so mail that forges our domain should be rejected or filed as junk by the receiving mail server.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is sending spam that references our website, or is forging our email domain, email owner@carlscollision.com with the full message headers included. Headers are what let us and the mail providers trace where a message really came from, so please send them along with the message body rather than a screenshot. We investigate every report we receive.
Unsubscribing
Any marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor those requests promptly. You can also just reply and tell us to stop, or call the shop.
